By accessing or using a gallery provided by Kaitlyn Elizabeth Photography, you agree to the following terms:

All photographs are protected by copyright and remain the property of Kaitlyn Elizabeth Photography. Clients who receive digital images are granted personal-use rights to download, print, and share their photographs for personal purposes.

Images may not be sold, used commercially, submitted to publications or contests, or otherwise used for profit without prior written permission from Kaitlyn Elizabeth Photography.

When sharing images online, please do not apply filters, presets, heavy edits, or other alterations that significantly change the appearance of the finished photograph. Cropping for social media sizing is permitted.

Client galleries are available for a limited period of time. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their images before the gallery expiration date. Kaitlyn Elizabeth Photography cannot guarantee continued access to a gallery after it expires.

Prints and products purchased through the gallery are subject to the ordering, payment, shipping, and fulfillment terms presented at checkout.

Gallery links, passwords, and download PINs should only be shared with individuals whom the client wishes to have access to the gallery.
